Site to undergo some updates

Well, I've decided to go through the entire site and give it some new updates, such as new pictures, the text is different, and we've even gotten a whole new style, which is here to keep. More updates are soon to come, as we can only grow!

Also last but definitely not least, we'd like to welcome our newest Administrator, Vanderspar. He's helped me through a lot, and is the reason that the community is here. He will definitely help PcFuel as our community expands, welcome to the administration team Vanderspar.
